To J.S. Eliezer Associates, Inc., confidentiality is very much more than a commonly used term. It represents the foundation of trust upon which our reputation has been and will be predicated. We recognize the sensitivity of the information placed in our trust and therefore hold inviolate the privacy of our customers and of the printers with whom we have commerce. Our bond of privacy begins with the first person and the first contact and continues to exist in perpetuity. We do not even communicate the names of our customers that they might act as reference without their express permission.
Our signature on our Confidentiality Agreement is, of course, a legally binding promise, as with any contract, but it is also the beginning of a unique relationship that bespeaks experienced consultation conducted in an atmosphere of mutually earned trust.
